I've always enjoyed writing and telling a good story and with 4 kids and a wonderful husband, well, I have lots of stories to tell!
Photography is another love of mine and as a result, I'm known as the neighborhood shutterbug. Since the advent of digital photography, I've taken thousands of photos! So when I was introduced to scrapbooking 15 years ago, it really brought together my two loves. Scrapbooking gives me a way to express myself artistically while leaving a wonderful legacy for my family to enjoy. My motto is: "I enjoy the process and my family enjoys the product." Through this hobby, I have been blessed with wonderful friendships, it has led to being published in scrapbook magazines, and presently I'm thrilled to be on the Simple Pleasures design team. Life is good!

My name is Lynne Kramer. I am a Colorado native but moved to Colorado Springs in 2001. I have scrapbooked forever but I really got into it when my son was born in 1998. Now, I scrapbook on a daily basis and am lucky enough to have a whole room devoted to my passion. It has been fun to have some of my work published in magazine. My whole family enjoys seeing themselves in print. My husband, Jock, and three kids (Remi (10), Peyton (5), and Colston (9 months) are my main subjects. They are good (most of the time) about my constant picture taking. I do scrapbooks for each of my kids plus vacation books, Christmas books, one album called “People we love”, and an album for all the pages that don’t fit in any of my other books. My family moved here in 2001 to start a family business. We have a temporary storage business called Warehouse Options. We rent out semi-trailer and storage containers to businesses and residential customers. My husband and brother are the daily on the job guys. My parents, another brother and I all chip in and help in other ways. Being involved with my family business has allowed me to be able to work only part time and spend the rest of my days being home with my kids. I love volunteering in Remi’s classroom and spending my days with Peyton. I am so excited to be on the design team here at Simple Pleasures. It is such a great store and I am excited for the opportunities!
